{"id":6737,"date":"2024-06-23T11:55:32","date_gmt":"2024-06-23T11:55:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/childrenofafrica.org\/?p=6737"},"modified":"2024-09-17T11:59:04","modified_gmt":"2024-09-17T11:59:04","slug":"helping-children-in-difficulty-team-paiya-supports-the-residents-of-the-foundations-shelter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/childrenofafrica.org\/en\/helping-children-in-difficulty-team-paiya-supports-the-residents-of-the-foundations-shelter\/","title":{"rendered":"HELPING CHILDREN IN DIFFICULTY: TEAM PAIYA SUPPORTS THE RESIDENTS OF THE FOUNDATION\u2019S SHELTER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ydp71cb04d0msonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif;\">The members of Team Paiya, who sing the famous hit \u201cCoup de Marteau\u201d that had the whole world dancing during the African Cup of Nations (ACN) in C\u00f4te d'Ivoire, visited the Children Of Africa Foundation's reception center, on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, in Plateau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp71cb04d0msonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif;\">This visit was an opportunity for not only to show their commitment to children, but also to make foodstuffs donations and share moments of joy and conviviality with the kids.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp71cb04d0msonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif;\">The children had the opportunity to meet the team members, sing and dance with them, creating unforgettable memories.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ydp71cb04d0msonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif;\">Mrs B\u00e9atrice Durand, head of the shelter, welcomed this gesture of generosity. She introduced the Children Of Africa Foundation reception center to them. She revealed to her guests that the shelter currently welcomes 70 children in difficult situations.
